Now SSIS has similar look like VS 2010 as shown in following snap
This functionality we have already explained in our post :MSBI # 68 – SSIS # 28 – SQL Server 2012 – New Features , SSDT Introduction and links

Zoom in Zoom Out Easy option
Annotation are more easy and looks awesome

Status icons instead of colours
Now in SSIS 2012 we have different successful option
How distinguish between Control Flow and Data Flow
We have easy distinguish between Data and Control flow
Debugging vs. Design-time
We can access various resource at debugging time , Will have more views on my further posts.
Support for High-Contrast mode
Customizing contrast and colour can make it easier to see screen objects and can reduce eyestrain. No longer activated by Control Panel alone, the High Contrast feature is a built-in and expanded library of colour schemes for users with low vision who require a high degree of contrast between foreground and background objects. For example, users who cannot easily read black text on a grey background or text drawn over a picture can benefit from this feature
Labels shown by default on non-success constraints
By default labels are shown so easy of understating flow in running and Design state
- How to Distinguish running and Non Running plan
- Not Running / Stable Plan
